We are the sole owners of the information collected. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via our mobile app, email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to qualify you for private studies based on your request and/or to communicate with you for the purposes of customer support. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to participate in a study, which you opt into, or to fulfill requests you make of us to share your information.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about enhancements to our solutions, private studies, or changes to this privacy policy.

Registration
In order to use Speciate AI’s U SaiY mobile app, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address and supply a user name and password). This information is used to contact you about private studies associated with product categories in which you have expressed interest. In order to qualify for certain studies you may be asked to provide additional information about yourself to be considered which we will store and govern by the Speciate AI privacy policy.
Data Sharing
We do not share your personally identifiable information with any third party unless you elect for us to do so as part of the requirements for being selected for or participating in a private study.
We partner with solution providers to help us administer private studies. When you sign up for private studies, we will share information that is required to facilitate the study. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of engaging you in the study.
Security
We take precautions to protect your information. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. facilitating a private study, or your requests) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Our mobile app may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our mobile app and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.

From time-to-time our mobile app requests information for you to be considered for private studies, surveys and/or contests. Participation in these private studies, surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information.
